Rev. Taylor Kue exercises
discretion and responsible judgment as District Superintendent for the area of
administration of Church Ministries of the C&MA and be responsible for
general oversight of the entire work including spiritual life and general
administrative activities.

May Yang Her, Secretary
Mrs. May Yang Her serves as secretary to District
Superintendent, office manager and receptionist and responsible for:
1) district records, such as churches files, pastoral files,
licensing files, district annual conference minutes,
DEXCOM minutes, correspondences, reports, memos, and confidential information.
2) clerical and secretarial duties, such as typing
correspondences, reports, memos, schedules, appointments, mailing,
receiving phone calls, setting meetings, and others.
3) receiving all incoming donations and other monies of the district. Login before turning to finance assistance.
4) receiving orders and to send the invoices to finance
assistance for further action Friday.
5) setting meetings for DEXCOM and other committees if needed.
6) composing and/or to typing memos, business correspondence, and reports
for the District Superintendent.
7) receiving mail and to distribute to the appropriate boxes.
8) recording pledges, donations, and all other monies before turning them
over to finance assistance.
9) setting up and maintaining files of memos, correspondence, and reports of
the district.
10) preparing pastoral license renew and to update and maintain mailing addresses for district churches, official workers, Christian
workers and supporters.
11) obtaining data and information by telephone, personal contact, and/or letters from churches and C&MA National Office on behalf of the
District Superintendent.
12) receiving and directing all phone calls.
13) receiving and directing all visitors.
14) scheduling appropriate appointments for the District Superintendent and inform him of such appointments.
15) handling confidential information of the district.
16) reconciling bank statements for the bookkeeper every in a monthly basis.
17) handling petty cash distribution, verifies transactions, back ups, and reconciles the account.
18) providing office supply needs.
19) receiving calls of absentees and inform the district superintendent.
20) securing the alarm system and door codes for each staff.

Finance Officer
May Her serves as the Finance Officer and is responsible for:
1) all legal matters that relate to finance of the district.
2) all property records of the district, such as permanent records, temporary records and others.
3) all finances of the district, such as pay bills, assets, liability, equity and others.
4) setting accounting systems for all departments of the district.
5) all inventory and others.

Rev. Lee Her, Radio Ministry
Rev, Nou Nha (Lee) Her is responsible for the radio ministry of
the Hmong District.

Dr. Singer Soung, DMD/CLA Director
Dr. Singer Soung serves as the Disciplemaking Ministry Director
and CLA Director.
Responsibilities of disciplemaking ministry are:
1) Providing resources and Sunday school curriculum for all ages.
2) Providing training for Sunday school teachers, youth leaders and adult
coordinators.
3) Developing programs for Adults, youth, and children in the district.
Responsibilities of CLA are:
1) To recruit and promote individual to go into ministry.
2) To recruit students with ministry major to serve with the district.
3) To visit and promote students in Bible college,
seminary and university.
4)To oversee the scholarship applicants of the district.
5) To provide continuing education for pastors and church leaders
(seminars, books, etc).
6) To oversee TEE and MSP.

Church Multiplication
Director |
Dr. Lantzia Thao, Church
Multiplication Director
Dr. Lantzia Thao serves as the Church Multiplication Director and is responsible for:
1) planning with existing churches to start new daughter churches, satellite
churches, or second generation churches where there are a large Hmong
community.
2) surveying where there are Hmong community for planting new churches.
3) developing ministries, resources, plans and strategies to strengthen
spiritual growth and become a healthy church.
4) training church planters for effective ministries.
5) filing churches’ statistic of the district.
6) assessing and assisting new plant churches and/or develop churches for legal documentations and other needs.
