Kx. Vam Meej Vaj
NextGen Pastor & DEXCOM Member, Stockton Hmong Alliance Church, CA
Rev. Albert Vang (Kx. Vam Meej Vaj) has been a pastor within the Hmong District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance since 2006. He served as a youth pastor, senior pastor and now as the Pastor of NextGen Ministries at Hmong Alliance Church Stockton (CA).
Rev. Vang is also a DEXCOM Board Member with the Hmong District. He and his wonderful wife, Bobbie Cha have been married since 2004 and have three children.

Kx. Tshaj Koob Vaj
Sr. Pastor, First Hmong Alliance Church, Hickory, NC
Reverend Billy Vang is the senior lead pastor at First Hmong Alliance Church in Hickory, North Carolina. The LORD has blessed him and his beautiful wife, Paploua, with three boys; Owen, Obadiah, and Oziah.
Billy loves to read, listen to sermons, and play chess in his spare time. He is an alumnus of California State University of Fresno. Billy finished his Master of Divinity at Simpson University, Redding, California. He is currently a doctoral student at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, California.

Kx. Nom Lauj Thoj
Sr. Pastor, DFW Hmong Alliance Church, Arlington, TX
Rev. Lor Thao (Kx Nom Lauj Thoj) has served in pastoral role since 2015 with the Hmong District of the C&MA. He served as senior pastor at United Hmong Alliance Church in Minnesota and is currently the senior pastor at DFW Hmong Alliance Church in Texas. He has also served as a volunteer pastor in a church plant in Albemarle, NC and intern pastor at True Life Church in Hickory, NC.
Rev. Lor graduated in 2001 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. He had a career in Graphic Design until God called him into ministry. He completed TEE in 2010, MSP in 2014, and was accredited in 2015 and ordained in 2021.
He loves connecting with people of all ages and is passionate about preaching the Gospel, bringing people to Christ, discipling the believers to mature in their faith, and training leaders for ministry.
He's happily married to his wife and together they have two sons and three daughters. They love spending family time together on road trips and vacations. But most importantly, they love doing life with the body of Christ.

Kx. Abel Vaaj
Sr. Pastor, Community Alliance Church, Sheboygan, WI
My name is Abel Yang. I am 35 years old. I was born in West Chicago, IL. In August of 2014, I married my beautiful wife Shanda Mai Houa Thao.
We are also currently fostering a little 9 year old girl named Marcella. I have three younger brothers, and one younger sister. I am the oldest of five children. In 2010, I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry and Christian Studies with a minor in Counseling Psychology.
Today, I am a Lead Pastor in the city of Sheboygan Falls, WI. The church I am currently pastoring is named Community Alliance Church. I have been pastoring at CAC for almost 10 years now since September of 2013.

Kx. Xeev Looj Thoj
Sr. Pastor, New Life Alliance Church, Milwaukee, WI
He was born in a Christian home but did not really know God until he was a young adult. He has no intention of becoming a pastor even after encountering God. He just wanted to know Him better but God opened the door for his family to serve God in their home church when he finished his study. He has been in ministry for 13 years.
He has been married to his wife for 24 years and together they have 4 wonderful daughters. He is currently the Senior Pastor at New Life Hmong Alliance Church in Milwaukee and has served there for nearly 10 years. He enjoy serving and sharing the gospel whether at a personal level or in a public setting.

Dr. Tim Crouch
Vice-President, Alliance Mission, C&MA
Tim Crouch took on the role of vice president for Alliance Missions of The Christian & Missionary Alliance on February 1, 2014. Tim’s role, along with regional and ministry location leaders, is to provide leadership to over 700 U.S. Alliance IWs (with aXcess, marketplace ministries, CAMA, and Envision).
Prior to becoming the vice president for Alliance Missions, Tim and his wife, Shelly, served as Alliance international workers (IWs) in Russia from 1995-2010, with seven of those years Tim being the field director for the Alliance there. In 2010 Tim and Shelly were appointed the regional leadership couple for the N&C Asia region where they supervised 75 IWs serving in 6 countries and worked with national church leaders in each of those nations.
Tim’s heart is to see Alliance Missions help make gospel access available for peoples of the world that lack it, and to flow from peoples who’ve gained it to others who still wait.
Tim and Shelly reside in Columbus, OH. They have four grown children—Anna, Joshua, David, and Michael.

Xf. David K. Vaaj
Sr. Pastor, New Life Upstate Church, SC
By God’s grace, He has used David K. Vang in many capacities serving and cultivating disciples in the Hmong District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, from youth ministry, children’s ministry, and worship ministry to leading a congregation in his current role as the Lead Pastor of New Life Upstate Church in Boiling Springs, SC.
David is a native of Milwaukee, WI. Currently, he lives in Spartanburg, SC. From 1999 to 2003, God led his path to study youth ministry at Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa Falls, GA. A year afterward, from 2004 to 2005, David completed a Master of Arts in General Theological Studies at Columbia Biblical Seminary in Columbia, SC. Today, David is a Ph.D. candidate at Anderson University in Anderson, SC.
He and his wife, Pang Dao, have been married since May 26, 2007, and God blessed them with three wonderful children: Emanuel, Christian, and Bella Edyn. Some of David’s favorite hobbies are: playing basketball, music, fishing, reading, vacationing, and having recreational fun with his family and friends. Nonetheless, David is a passionate lifelong learner and lover of God’s word who treasures pacing alongside individuals in their faith journey of transformation for God’s glory and Kingdom.

Dr. Tswv Txos Thoj
Hmong District Superintendent
Dr. Lantzia C. Thao (Kx. Tswv Txos Thoj) was born in Laos and lived in Thailand for four years before coming to Morganton, NC toward the end of 1979 where he went and graduated from Freedom High School. He then continued his educations and graduated from Toccoa Falls College with a BA in Bible & Theology with a concentration in Counseling in 1987, Denver Seminary with a Master Of Divinity in 1990, and Bethel Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry in 2000.
He met and married his lovely and beautiful wife, Omee Chang, in 1989. The Thaos have two handsome boys, Timothy and Daniel, and two beautiful daughters, Priscilla and Christina plus a brand new daughter-in-law, Angely Vang. All of their children and the daughter-in-law were TFC graduates or attendee. After Denver Seminary, the Thao went to pastor three of our Hmong churches including St. Paul Hmong Alliance Church, Leola Hmong Alliance Church, and Twin Cities Hmong Alliance Church. He served as the Director of Church Ministries at the Hmong District for twelve years. Dr. Thao is the current District Superintendent of the Hmong District in his first year term.
