Xh. Steve is passionate about developing leaders, spiritually and emotionally, into authentic Christ followers in the church community.
He completed a Master of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary and has 5 beautiful children with his wife of 12 years, Mai. Xh. Steve is currently the Discipleship pastor at St. Paul Hmong Alliance Church in MN.

Kx. Tswv Ntxawg Kwm
Sr. Pastor, Pontiac HAC, MI
Kx. Tswv Ntxawg Kwm is currently pastoring the Pontiac Hmong Alliance Church. He is supported in the ministry by his wife, Shoua Kue, their 3 children and 2 grandchildren. His ultimate desire is to see people love God, love one another and to walk in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God’s promises.



Kx. Paaj Nquab Hawj

I’m married to my beautiful wife Marry of 24 years. We have 4 children altogether with 2 girls and 2 boys. I love to spend time with my wife whether it’s sitting by her side doing homework or ministry. I love spending time with our kids watching movies or just doing things. Having great relations with my wife and children is a reflection of loving God.
I’ve been serving as a pastor for 12 years now and currently the senior pastor at Green Bay Hmong Alliance church. I served as HD Men’s president from 2018 - 2021. I’m glad to have received my certificate of graduation from TEE/MSP, under grad from Crown college, M-Div from Denver Seminary. Missions is a passion of mine as I believe that discipleship grows out of missions. Being down to earth allows me the opportunity to connect with people of all ages, quoting the Apostle Paul, “I am all things to all people so that I might win some.”

Kx. Tsaav Axis Yaaj

Rev. Tsaav Asxis and his wife have four children. He worked bi-vocationally and served with IFAP and for First Hmong Alliance in Aurora, IL. He is the OTS President 2022. Currently, he and his family resides in Colorado. Rev. Yaaj holds degrees from the University of Kansas, FRIENDS University, and Calvary University. He enjoys immensely music and the arts.

Dr. Vaam Txus Xyooj
Sr. Pastor, Living Stone Alliance Church, WI
Rev. Chou Xiong is the Senior Pastor at Living Stone Alliance Church in Appleton, WI. He is married to his wonderful wife Phoua Xiong. They are the proud parents of three daughters, two sons, and two sons-in-law. In Rev. Xiong’s spare time, he enjoys music, sports, reading, but most of all, spending time with his four amazing grandchildren. He holds a B.A. and M.A. from Crown College and is currently a PhD student at Marian College.



Kx. Nom Xyooj Hawj

Rev. Nao Xiong Her is a husband, father of two adult married children, and soon to be grandfather. He has been in the minstry for 29 years. Rev. Her holds his degrees from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, Georgia and Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Portland, Oregon.
He currently resides in Thornton, Colorado and is the senior pastor at Denver Hmong Alliance Church. In his free time, you can find him fishing, spending time with family, traveling and biking.


Dr. Tswv Txos Thoj

Dr. Lantzia C. Thao (Kx. Tswv Txos Thoj) was born in Laos and lived in Thailand for four years before coming to Morganton, NC toward the end of 1979 where he went and graduated from Freedom High School. He then continued his educations and graduated from Toccoa Falls College with a BA in Bible & Theology with a concentration in Counseling in 1987, Denver Seminary with a Master Of Divinity in 1990, and Bethel Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry in 2000.
He married his lovely and beautiful wife, Omee Chang, in 1989. They have two handsome boys, Timothy and Daniel, and two beautiful daughters, Priscilla and Christina plus a brand new daughter-in-law, Angely Vang. All of their children and the daughter-in-law attended TFC. After Denver Seminary, he served three Hmong churches including St. Paul Hmong Alliance Church, Leola Hmong Alliance Church, and Twin Cities Hmong Alliance Church. He served as the Director of Church Ministries at the Hmong District for twelve years. Dr. Thao is the current the Hmong District Superintendent.

Dr. Txawj Teev Vaj
Sr. Pastor, HAAC, MN
Dr. Vang married to his lovely wife Lydia for 29 years and together they have 6 children, 3 sons and 3 daughters. Dr. Vang also has two grandsons. Dr. Vang received his bachelor’s degree from Cincinnati Bible College, his master from Canadian Theological Seminary, and his Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Vang has served in ministry since 1984. Over the course of his 38 years in ministries, he has served as church planter in Eau Claire and La Crosse, Wisconsin from 1984-1986, he has written Sunday School Lessons for Hmong District from 1986-1987, he served as the Superintendent of the Hmong District of C&MA from 1986-1991 and 2003-2005. He was the pastor of Sacramento Hmong Alliance Church from 1997-2002 and is currently serving as the senior pastor of Hmong American Alliance Church in Maplewood, Minnesota since 2006 until now. Prior to his resettlement to the United States, Dr. Vang served in the Special Guerilla Unit (SGU) under General Vang Pao and the United States CIA Secret War in Laos from 1971-1975. In the early days of Dr. Vang’s arrival to the United States he helped organize the Fox Valley Lao/Hmong Assistance Association in Appleton, Wisconsin from 1979-1980.


Dr. Ntsum Thai Vaaj
Sr. Pastor, Alliance Church of Merced
Rev. Ntsum Thai Vang has been a pastor in the Hmong District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance since 2013. For a year, Rev. Ntsum Thai served as the lay pastor of First United Hmong Alliance Church in Denver, CO. He also served as a DEXCOM pastor member for three years, from 2018-2021. Presently, Rev. Ntsum Thai serves on the Mission Mobilize Team of Hmong District and as the Senior Pastor of Alliance Church of Merced in Merced, CA.
He studied at Regis University and Denver Seminary in Denver, CO. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System and a Master of Divinity degree in leadership. Presently, he is studying at Bethel Seminary in Saint Paul, MN, to complete his Doctor of Ministry in leadership degree.
He is passionate about rallying local churches and pastors of all denominations to work together to serve God and the community. He firmly believes that the only way for lost people to see the love of Christ is through the local churches, and local churches need to be actively engaging in the community for lost people to know the love of Christ. He is also passionate about uniting Hmong District pastors in California and encouraging them to support one another in ministry and life.
He and his wife, Pang, have been married since 1993. They are the proud parents of four children (Angel, Austin, Isabella, and Isaac), a daughter-in-law (Angel) and a son-in-law (Preston Comer), and five grandchildren (Kayden, Karsyn, Kensli, Journey, and Legend).
