A. Programs
1. Inspirational Devotion
 
The universal plan of God, the nations, history of mankind, the task of the churches, and leadership of the pastors and the board
 
2. Administration and Orientation
 
What the C&MA and Hmong District expect from the pastors, governing boards and the churches, and announcement of changes within the C&MA and how Hmong District is going to respond
 
3. Facing Self Reality for Improvement
 
The discovery of inner self and other people of the board or church to make the most of gifts and time and how to avoid conflict of interest and power to move the ministries of the church much faster and more efficiently
 
4. Team Work and Team Spirit
                       
How can a pastor earn credibility and trust of the board and the church to lead with confidence in the ministry?
            
5. Treasure Hunt
 
What scholars know but we do not, something to give that money cannot buy
 
6. Understand the Challenges to Take the Ministry
 
Watch what is coming and we know that we are not ready for it and that includes you
 
B. Schedule
  • May 25:    Arrival / Conference begin at 6:00 PM
  • Agenda:
    • AM:    Devotion and programs
    • PM:    Programs continue
    • Lunch and dinner of your own
    • One banquet free of charge (dinner)
    • The retreat begins from Saturday 25 PM and ends Tuesday 28 PM, leaving home Wednesday on the 29th.
  • Please register early
    • We have limited space
    • The programs are too good to miss and they are not coming back next time
