COURSE DESCRIPTION
PRE 101 is a survey of the Old Testament, its general content and theological significance. This is a non-traditional college level course designed to introduce advanced (level II) TEE students (who have successfully completed the basic level (level I) of the TEE training program of the Hmong District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance to the Old Testament. BIB 102 is an approved college transfer course and can be taken for MSP and undergraduate credit.
OBJECTIVES

Students will acquire basic knowledge of essential content, historical and cultural background of the Old Testament.

Students will have an understanding of the theological significance of the Old Testament.

Graduate students will engage in critical analysis and interpretation of Old Testament literature.
